Ditto Appoints Sara Pryor as Chief People Officer to Lead Talent Strategy Through Next Phase of Growth

Ditto, the software platform for unstoppable operations, today announced that Sara Pryor has joined the company as Chief People Officer, effective June 1st. Sara brings over two decades of human resources leadership experience from Amazon, AWS, Rebellion Defense, Blend360, and Accenture, where she built and scaled global talent management programs and led people functions through periods of rapid growth and transformation.

As CPO, Sara will lead Ditto’s people function – spanning recruiting, people operations, and talent management – through a critical growth phase as the company scales its dual-use business serving both enterprise and public sector customers.

“Sara’s background is the exact match for where Ditto is headed,” said Adam Fish, CEO and Co-founder of Ditto. “She’s built talent management systems at scale at Amazon and then did it again from scratch at a growth-stage defense company, Rebellion Defense – that combination is incredibly rare. As we scale both our commercial and public sector businesses, having a CPO who understands the unique talent challenges of dual-use technology is a true competitive advantage.”

Sara most recently served as Chief People Officer at Blend360, an AI consulting company with employees across ten countries, where she led the company’s first global performance management process. Prior to Blend360, she was the first Chief People Officer at Rebellion Defense, a defense technology company, where she built out performance management, total rewards, and goal-setting programs from the ground up. Her career also includes a decade at Amazon and AWS, where she led global talent management initiatives and the people strategy for Amazon’s HQ2 in Northern Virginia. She began her career at Accenture, where she led talent management and change management consulting engagements for clients in the US Defense and Intelligence Community.

“I am thrilled to join the Ditto team at this exciting stage of the company’s growth,” said Sara Pryor. “The opportunity to help build and scale a people-first organization while developing the talent, culture, and infrastructure needed to support long-term success is incredibly energizing. What makes Ditto unique is our cutting-edge technology that delivers meaningful impact for both commercial and public sector clients. I look forward to partnering with leaders across the organization to attract exceptional talent, foster a high-performance culture, and create an employee experience that enables our people – and customers – to thrive.”

Sara’s appointment comes as Ditto experiences rapid growth across both its commercial and public sector businesses, with increasing demand for software solutions that keep operations running in connectivity-challenged environments. Delivering unstoppable operations requires exceptional talent; Sara’s appointment signals Ditto’s continued investment in the people and culture that make this possible.
